US gymnast and beloved cutie pie Alicia Sacramone punches some guy. We all know this girl is a fighter, seeing her battle back from a disappointing experience in Athens. (I’m not exactly sure what I’m talking about, because I didn’t know who Alicia Sacramone was until a few days ago…but I hear she has battled back from something, sometime. BUT, I do know she is a cutie pie.)
In reading some of the comments on YouTube, apparently this duder was one of Alicia’s friends who egged her on…and she responded…with a sweet left hook…to the jaw…dropping said egger.
If I may include some commentary on Sacramone’s Olympic performance and what not…
While Alicia made some mistakes in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, I, for one, am willing to forgive. (Although I really wanted her to pull through in the individual vault.) I dare compare her to Brett Favre, whom I have watched since his first snap in Green Bay. Both Alicia and Brett have had their falters and stumbled, but are unwavering in their pursuit of excellence and greatness in their respective fields.
Unlike Favre, unfortunately Sacramone will not be able to go out next season and prove the naysayers wrong. This may be the last time she competes in an Olympic games.
Surplus Thoughts and The Jerk wish Alicia Sacramone the best. She’s only 20 and the best years of her life are ahead. Contrary to what some may believe, life is more than a physical competition and I’m sure Alicia will do much good. “Keep punching kid,” The Jerk says while patting Alicia on the tuckus.
Ha that’s fantastic. Too bad A Sac can’t drop one of those on the cheatin’ Chinese and those damn horrible judges!!!
